eXp Realty does not provide leads to its agents directly. While it does have resources and vendors to HELP agents generate leads, eXp Realty doesn’t provide leads by direct distribution.
With that being said, the way most agents “get leads” is through joining a highly productive real estate team. There are many great teams at eXp whose leaders will offer “lead sources” or “lead generation” opportunities. The downside with that is that for every lead that is shared with the agent, there is at minimum an additional 25% commission split attached.
This is because real estate agents leading these teams are asking agents for more commission in exchange for leads. And if you’re at eXp, you’re already at an 80/20 commission split…so, if you’re paying more to these other agents, you’re really only going to get 50% to 60% of your commission.
However, there is another way to get leads with eXp Realty WITHOUT damaging your commission. One of the largest groups at eXp Realty, Agent First Group, provides free lead generation services to every agent that joins the group. This is in addition to a robust community and lots of bonus resources, services, and training opportunities!
