In 2023, it’s just not practical to complete all your real estate tasks by yourself or simply hire someone to work for you. Doing so will only cost you endless time, stress, and money. Thankfully, real estate agents have many real estate tech tools available that we can use to give us leverage!
Here are just a few real estate tech tools to check out if you’re looking for a little support.
ChatGPT
ChatGPT is a tool that uses artificial intelligence to understand and generate human-like language responses to various prompts, questions, and commands. Simply ask a question and you’ll get a written response that looks much like human writing!
You can use ChatGPT (as I explain in this video) to write blogs, craft listing descriptions, generate video scripts, create sales scripts, and so much more! If writing isn’t your thing and you want to save HOURS of trying to come up with decent scripts, ChatGPT could be a lifesaver.
Notion
Notion is a productivity tool that has an incredible selection of capabilities. It can be used for project management, note-taking, internal communication, and data organization.
I use this to work with my 15 internal staff members. We use it to collaborate on and create anything from written content to graphic design to video editing. I also use this for my real estate group of 200+ agents. I give them a centralized Notion hub where they access all of the free services my staff offers them.
Use Notion to create groups, create project pages, share ideas, and message individuals. You can easily incorporate links, upload documents, and write within Notion itself. Embedding pictures and videos is easy. There’s no end to the things you can organize and categorize on this handy real estate tech tool!
Calendly
Calendly is a scheduling platform. Use it to manage your many appointments and meetings—it even makes these easier to schedule! Delete the back-and-forth aspect of scheduling meetings by integrating a Calendly link on your email or website so people can open your personal calendar (without too many personal details) and pick an open time slot that works for them.
I have about 5 different Calendly calendars that I send out, each with different days and time slots when I’m available. I provide my agents get a different calendar than my buyers/sellers or other vendors or whomever else I work with.
What is great about the capability to create unique calendars is that it allows you to set a priority level for the people you’re meeting with and the meetings YOU want on your schedule. You can choose to prioritize meetings with your clients over meetings with vendors, for example, because you want MORE time available for clients. It’s really a win for everyone!
Agently
Get more real estate clients 🏠. Agently is an online tool that pretty much gives you ALL the things you need to be a better agent. When you sign up, you’ll get access to the exact strategies, scripts, and social media content that top real estate agents have used to lead to closings in the last 90 days. Many agents close up to 40% more transactions as soon as they join!
Use Agently to create and schedule social media posts from provided templates, generate listing descriptions, enhance property photos, engage with your team members (and other agents using the platform), and receive daily ideas for how to improve your processes and close more clients.
DISCLAIMER: I am a co-founder of Agently—so yes, I am biased! However, I encourage you to check out what Inman, TheClose, and NAR have written about Agently in the past to see what THEY think.
